We offer local delivery for an additional fee, which varies based on distance and cake size. Delivery is highly recommended for tiered or intricate cakes.

Online purchases – Delivery cost is displayed in the checkout. Specify a separate delivery address if you are sending a gift.

We cannot post cakes, including Custom Cakes, Last-Minute and Cakes & Cupcakes. Local Pickup and optional local delivery only in and around Warkworth.

• We cannot deliver to rural (RD) addresses or PO Boxes.
• We post out Monday – Thursday, excluding public holidays.
• Pickups are available by arrangement in Warkworth
• Allow 2 business days for North Island and 3 days for South Island deliveries.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of your event, providing a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

Once your order has been picked up or handed over for delivery, we cannot accept any responsibility. Please address any issues at the time of collection. We will not accept any refund requests related to design once the cake has left the premises.

Yes, for custom cakes and made-to-order products, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

For safe transport, place the cake on a flat surface—the boot or the floor on the passenger side of your car works best. If the weather is hot, turn on the air conditioning to help maintain the cake’s stability.

Keep your cake refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving. Buttercream cakes are best served at room temperature. We provide specific storage instructions with every order.

We can make gluten-free or nut-free cakes upon request. However, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan cakes at this time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We offer caramel, chocolate, red velvet, lemon and raspberry, lemon, cookies and cream, carrot, vanilla and raspberry, and white chocolate. If there’s a specific flavor you’re looking for that isn’t listed above, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
